A great moving service that I would highly recommend! Gave me one of the best and easiest moving experiences I've had thus far!

Pros: These movers were on time to a T. They gave me a time frame from 9:00-9:30 and were in my loading dock by 9:15. They took apart my furniture, wrapped it up with care, and gingerly loaded everything on to the truck. They came with a lot of equipment to ensure that all pieces of furniture would be protected and no surrounding areas would be scratched etc. I had broken my headboard of my bed when I first got it trying to put it together( I'm no Handywoman), and the movers took time out of their day to restore it! The movers were so extremely nice! When it came time to put the quote was almost exactly what I paid! It took about 15 minutes longer than the estimate, but I wasn't charged for materials, and I didn't incur any crazy fees so I was extremely happy with that fact after previous moving experiences that I have had.

Cons: None. First time I've ever said that.

Next time I move, I will certainly be calling New Ray movers.

This is an outstanding moving company. I hired them for a move in September 2019 in Silver Spring. The customer service, from initial paperwork through moving day communication, was perfect. Their price is very reasonable and there were no hidden fees. The movers arrived on time, and they were courteous, careful, and hardworking. They got everything from origin to destination without damaging any of our furniture or apartments. The final price was exactly what they estimated. I will definitely use this company again for any future move.

NewRay Moving moved my stuff locally in the Fairfax/McLean area and they exceeded my expectations on all levels. They called with a 30 minute heads up and had a timely arrival during the 2-hour window. The guys communicated well, took care in wrapping/protecting antique furniture, and never stopped moving until the job was done. The three guys were so efficient that the move took about 1/2 the time I'd mentally prepared for, working within some inconvenient elevator restrictions at the new place. We'd definitely use them again!

Moving is a hassle but NewRay Moving made my experience painless. From the booking process to the actual move everything was handled well. Looking to move? NewRay Moving LLC is the moving company to call! Their customer service is amazing! I found their information on Yelp and I asked for a quote. They responded to me very quickly and called me. I then spoke to Ashley and scheduled my move.

Long story short, I was selling my townhome and I needed to move into storage as soon as possible and they were able to schedule me to move within the week! Scheduling was super easy and the given quote was very accurate.

This company is amazing! We moved to Fairfax from Alexandria a few days ago. Guys of Newray Moving were very careful, courteous, and efficient. They even moved a big chair into our basement (which we thought was impossible because of the size of the doorway) with no problem. One of the best moving experiences I've ever had. I used NewRay Moving to move from Reston to Fairfax. The move in and out were relatively seamless and successful. The movers on site for both pick up and drop off were extremely courteous and helpful. Movers showed up right on time and Delvert with a great smile on his face greeted me. The guys arrived on time, and were very professional and experienced. I live in a large, elevator building and there were a lot of locked doors they had to go through, the freight elevator was down so we had to use the regular elevator, and my apartment is a hike from there. None of these were issues for them - they had the right equipment and knew what they were doing. They were very careful with my things, yet efficient, and I couldn't be happier.
